Responsibilities
The Technical Manager SEA will oversee the development of technical systems and processes across the region, enhancing value creation and customization to secure new business. They will design and execute a technical roadmap aligned with business strategy for swine and poultry, coordinate product development from requirement to field trials, and drive value creation and innovation processes with customers through direct interaction and collaboration with local partners. This role involves managing key accounts, conducting technical on-field implementation, and utilizing technical knowledge in poultry and swine farm management.
