Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end learning program management for Chennai-based P&T Workmates
Design, deliver, and continuously improve engaging onboarding and development experiences
Perform administrative tasks for the technical training team to set up and manage sessions
Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions that inspire and engage participants
Partner closely with business leaders, managers, and HR to align program goals with organizational needs
Create high-quality program materials, technical learning resources, and participant guides
Curate targeted learning paths using Workday Learning, Pluralsight, and other platforms to support skill development
Leverage feedback and data to refine learning experiences for maximum impact
Develop annual and quarterly plans for early talent programs, ensuring scalability and alignment with global strategies
Collaborate with global stakeholders and teams to share best practices and maintain consistency across locations
Monitor and report on program outcomes, making recommendations for future enhancements
