Requirements

  • Passionate and experienced Technical Consultant
  • Adept at serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with clients
  • Ability to articulate HiredScore's technology seamlessly and align it with clients' current HR Tech Stack
  • Deep technical understanding of all relevant systems integrated with HiredScore (e.g., ATS, CRM, HCM, etc.)
  • Client-facing skills, including presenting and explaining technology, integration, IT, Security architecture
  • Ability to answer formal questionnaires (including Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluation, etc.)
  • Experience working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as the professional source for all HiredScore integration through project implementation, including pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients
  • Present our technology, devise solutions for client obstacles, and address their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency
  • Lead improvements and enable sales and engineering processes (via tools, processes, and other initiatives)
  • Create documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage
  • Perform configuration and testing of HiredScore integration on client systems while addressing client-specific challenges
