Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical implementation or project management, demonstrating a strong understanding of VoIP systems, network infrastructure, and enterprise deployments. Experience with customer-facing relationship management and leading technical teams is highly desirable.
As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will manage and execute technical field deployments, including configuration, installation, and testing of VoIP-integrated RapidSOS solutions at emergency communications centers, travel frequently to customer locations across the U.S. for on-site installs and technical troubleshooting, collaborate with local IT teams and system administrators to integrate RapidSOS products, and ensure the successful completion of the implementation timeline from onboarding to go-live, maintaining a high quality standard.

RapidSOS provides an intelligent safety platform that connects individuals in emergencies with emergency services by gathering critical data from connected devices, apps, and sensors. This data is verified using artificial intelligence and securely transmitted to safety agents and first responders. The company partners with device manufacturers and public safety agencies to integrate its technology, allowing for real-time data sharing during crises. RapidSOS aims to modernize the 911 system, making emergency responses more efficient and effective.
