Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, and a minimum of five years of trade experience in integration, construction management, or automation installation. Furthermore, they should have at least three years of experience supervising or managing teams and trades contractors, along with experience in industrial/robotic automation projects and ASRS projects.
The Site Installation Manager will manage and lead site-specific Requests for Information (RFIs), receive and respond to contractor and vendor RFIs, maintain and update Golden Prerequisite (GPR) tools, manage and validate contractors and vendors’ quality through checklists, monitor missing material requests, support Field Change Request (FCR) validation, and assist with the demobilization of installation resources and materials. This role involves collaborating with various teams and levels within the company, including executive management, to ensure the timely, budget-conscious, and defect-free installation of Symbotic automation systems on customer sites.
