The Customer Success Executive will define strategic program objectives, set priorities, and coordinate cross-program activities, providing critical day-to-day project management support for health IT operations and technical infrastructure. They will drive product adoption and business growth, collaborate with Market Access, Government Affairs, and external resources to identify funding sources, and build and maintain senior relationships within customers and policy makers. The role also involves developing reports and presentations, researching relevant topics, and actively supporting the sales process to achieve company bookings targets.
