Candidates must reside in Costa Rica and possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Required expertise includes Web 2.0, social media, web interactive capabilities, and digital communication options like email, SMS, and RSS. Advanced knowledge of PHP, WordPress, JavaScript/jQuery, mobile apps, Web Services, HTML5, and APIs is a plus. Experience implementing and managing complete technical projects with large organizations, strong client focus, world-class problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and project management experience, preferably with public-sector clients, are essential.
The Technical Implementation Consultant will lead and manage multiple Granicus technical product implementations and solutions, ensuring they are completed on schedule and with high quality. They will advocate for best practices in client setups to ensure long-term success, clarify and drive implementation commitments, and develop training and implementation documentation for customized implementations. This role also involves conducting system training for client administrators and developers, establishing clear accountability, and maintaining project plans and status communications for assigned engagements.
