Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant testing or technical support experience, with at least 1 year of QA testing or mobile app technical support experience. Familiarity with mobile and web technologies, organizational tools such as Google Spreadsheets and Excel (including SQL, Javascript, etc.), and strong verbal and written English communication skills are required. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving and criminal record are also necessary.
The Technical Field Specialist will prepare devices for field operations by reviewing configuration requirements, ensuring proper device setup, and obtaining devices from inventory. They will conduct trial runs, lead in-field data collection, provide status updates, address technical issues, document pilot results and downtimes, verify data transfer, participate in data analysis, and proactively identify areas for program improvement. The role also involves collaborating with the Field Operations Manager and Operations Lead, guiding less technical field operators, and escalating issues to Client Staff as needed.
