Requirements

5+ years of experience in RPA, software engineering, or automation consulting
UiPath Advanced Developer Certification strongly preferred
Proven experience in delivering automation projects and working with cross-functional delivery teams
Enthusiasm for AI/ML and prompt engineering
Strong client engagement, communication, and solution ownership skills
Willingness to travel to customer locations or UiPath offices for at least 25% of the time

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions, process assessments, and solution design workshops
Architect, develop, and oversee deployment of end-to-end UiPath automation solutions
Design reusable components, enforce coding standards, and promote solution governance
Act as a technical lead on engagements, providing guidance to teammates and reviewing deliverables
Manage client relationships at the technical level, including risk mitigation and change management
Provide thought leadership around automation platform strategy, performance, and scalability
Participate in the creation of delivery accelerators, best practices, and internal IP
