Responsibilities

Planning, coordinating, and delivering technology initiatives on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards
Developing delivery roadmaps that align with enterprise technology strategy and business objectives
Building, mentoring, and leading high-performing cross-functional delivery teams spanning multiple geographies
Creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, providing clear direction and removing barriers
Establishing strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, communicating project status, managing expectations, and ensuring solutions meet requirements
Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business partners
Championing appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based on project requirements and organizational context
Implementing best practices and governance frameworks to optimize delivery outcomes
Overseeing end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across multiple business applications and/or mid-sized programs
