Requirements

Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), Python, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of AI engineers building foundational services, frameworks, and tools for agentic AI applications
Stay current with industry trends in generative AI and help the team apply them effectively
Drive cross-functional alignment with enterprise architecture, security, data engineering, DevOps, and application leads
Mentor and coach AI engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation, humility, and excellence
Ensure strong engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and incident response
Define and drive strategic plans, goals, and team performance based on company-wide agentic AI initiatives
Lead collaboration with application teams to design systems which solve complex challenges on the agentic AI platform
Work with broad guidelines and technical knowledge to solve highly complex problems with long-term impacts
