Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline, along with a minimum of 8 years of Product/Application Development experience and at least 3 years in a leadership role demonstrating ownership and responsibility, and experience managing teams of at least 50+ application developers. Prior experience working at a consulting/services firm, building similar services for clients, and taking P&L ownership is highly valued. Strong expertise in Product Engineering, Application development, data analytics, and financial services (specifically capital markets) with 8-10 years of specialization is required, as is experience with microservices architecture, integrations, Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and senior stakeholder management, including effective issue and risk management abilities.

Responsibilities

The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing ambiguity and optimizing business goals within the leadership team, building and maintaining client relationships, leading workstreams and coordinating teams for application and database modernization initiatives, and successfully executing a strategy involving product building. They will also manage daily activities including team coordination, status reporting, and documentation, and demonstrate experience solving problems for various business divisions, planning and executing strategies, and assisting the pre-sales team in scoping projects. Additionally, they will be expected to motivate others by creating a shared sense of purpose, grow and scale teams, and showcase effective communication and client management skills.
