Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an eCommerce or subscription-based environment. They should demonstrate exceptional technical aptitude and proficiency in Shopify, Recharge, and Gorgias CRM, along with advanced skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience leveraging data analytics tools for performance monitoring and continuous improvement is also required.
The Technical Customer Service Representative will identify and resolve the root causes of systemic customer issues to prevent recurrence, deliver prompt and professional support via email and chat, troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to subscriptions and the website, maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and internal processes, oversee the entire order fulfillment process, utilize tools such as Shopify, Recharge, Rebuy, and Gorgias CRM to manage customer inquiries, contribute to the creation of help center articles and FAQs, stay informed about product updates, collaborate with cross-functional teams, handle confidential information, and maintain a positive demeanor while managing customer interactions.
