Requirements

Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process, analysis, design, and documentation skills (prior consulting role is a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication skills for English-speaking clients to drive clarity on goals, set expectations, and collect feedback
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail to deliver high-quality output while meeting deadlines
RDBMS experience (Postgres); familiarity with Metabase is a plus
Experience with modern APIs (REST, Websockets, Server Sent Events)
Experience with enterprise software implementations
Strong technical troubleshooting skills; experience with issue management (JIRA) and API logging tools
Familiarity with Postman and curl requests
Flexibility to work with customers around the world
Familiarity and interest in FinTech, financial markets, and investing applications (FinTech work experience, especially with a brokerage firm, is a plus)

Responsibilities

Drive product discovery in the sales process to help formulate a product MVP and provide product demonstrations
Support integration projects as the primary technical resource during onboarding
Provide additional solutioning post-integration, such as implementing new features
Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on Alpaca’s API and collaborate with fintechs worldwide
Stay updated on internal product development timelines and work closely with the product team to test and roll out new features to partners
Communicate partner feature requests or bugs to product and engineering teams and ensure proper prioritization
Support sales and customer success teams with technical advice and drive the technology evaluation stage for prospective and current enterprise customers
Attend weekly partner meetings for integrations alongside project managers and asynchronously answer product-related questions to unblock partners
Create internal and external resources for use by partners and internal teams
Act as the voice of the customer internally, partnering with Product, Engineering, Brokerage Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams
