Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing client technical consultation on Cloud and Magento application tools, optimizations, and solutions
  • Advise customers, partners, external developers, and internal teams for successful site launches and ongoing site stability for Magento Cloud customers
  • Educate Adobe customers and partners on existing and new product features, functionality, and best practices
  • Act as lead point of contact for customer engagements
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and implementation partners
  • Exhibit value to customers and partners to support adoption and scaling in maturity roadmaps
  • Represent Magento professionally in client and team situations
  • Keep abreast of technology evolution, proactively research new solutions, and drive self-development
  • Define operational processes to deliver consistent value to merchants and partners
  • Help define DevOps processes with customers for deploying and maintaining solutions in Magento Cloud
  • Evaluate analytics from customer cloud environments to recommend improvements and optimizations
