We are seeking a Technical Application Specialist (w/m/d) for the Southern Germany and Austria region to join our team as soon as possible.

A Day in the Life:

  • Handling scientific and technical inquiries about our products.
  • Receiving and processing customer complaints.
  • Regularly updating product documentation.
  • Supporting the regional sales and service teams with instrument installations and performing instrument service at customer sites.
  • Providing application support.
  • Conducting instrument demonstrations.
  • Delivering customer-specific training.
  • Giving technical presentations for medical technical assistants (MTAs) and laboratory doctors.
  • Tracking, recording, and documenting relevant information for all customer inquiries in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Completed training as MTA/BTA/CTA or a comparable qualification.
    • Alternatively, a completed Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
  • Experience:
    • Laboratory experience.
    • Experience with instrument demonstrations and technical support is desirable.
    • Experience in the independent planning and execution of updates and service checks is desirable.
    • Experience in creating and revising training manuals is desirable.
  • Skills, Abilities, Competencies:
    • Strong communication skills for customer training and support.
    • Ability to effectively receive and process complaints and offer solutions for scientific and technical questions.
    • Ability to deliver technical presentations and support sales teams.
