Requirements

Candidates should have an apprenticeship as an MTA/BTA/CTA or a comparable apprenticeship, or alternatively a Bachelor's degree in a natural science subject. Laboratory experience and experience with device demonstrations and technical support are desirable. Experience in independently planning and carrying out updates and service checks is also desired, as well as experience in creating and revising training manuals.

Responsibilities

The Technical Application Specialist will process scientifically-technical inquiries regarding the company's products, handle complaints and process them, regularly update product documentation, support the regional sales and service team with device setups and the performance of device service for customers, provide application support, conduct device demonstrations, offer customer-specific training, deliver technical presentations for MTAs and laboratory doctors, track, record, and document all relevant customer inquiries in the CRM.
