Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with data visualization design and development in large-scale and complex environments. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Tableau and Tableau Server are required qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Technical and Business Analyst will collect and analyze data for potential business expansion, identify specific business opportunities, and utilize established knowledge and external learnings to bring in new insights and opportunities to the team. They will influence stakeholders to support business projects, lead projects, partner with other teams to produce better business outcomes, ensure optimization and validation initiatives are implemented, tracked, and reviewed post-production, and test business processes and recommend improvements. Furthermore, they will visualize, design, and prepare data for stakeholders, shape and explore data for business analysis, create and present reports to executive team members, utilize data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights, annotate impactors that lead to data anomalies, and identify internal and external drivers to changes in business metrics and process outcomes, while maintaining integrity of the data catalog and serving as a first escalation point for complex technical problems.
