Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL programming, including query optimization and data manipulation. A minimum of 2 years of experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate. Proven experience working with both Medicaid and Medicare data sets is necessary, as is the ability to leverage reporting solutions to address complex business and data challenges. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Candidates must be willing to align their work schedule with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence Engineer II will develop, implement, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using multiple database sources. They will gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders to design effective solutions, and optimize and maintain SQL queries to improve performance and efficiency. Additionally, the role involves providing training and support to end-users on Power BI and other business intelligence tools, and documenting processes, technical designs, and report configurations.
