Responsibilities

Become an expert in Vistar’s products and services
Act as first line of support for debugging issues and provide technical support to clients and internal team members
Own all platform support enquiries that come through via Zendesk and keep within agreed SLAs in response times and escalate to engineering as required
Support enquiries including platform questions, troubleshooting issues from media owners, DSPs and campaigns, and ad hoc enquiries
Identify and implement improvements to processes and documentation
Communicate client feedback, product usage, and software issues to relevant teams such as Product and Engineering
