Requirements

  • 3-5 years of technical support experience
  • Basic understanding of web technologies
  • Experience supporting software products
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Programmatic advertising operations experience (preferred)
  • Highly skilled in problem solving and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Vistar’s products and services
  • Act as first line of support for debugging issues and provide technical support to clients and internal team members
  • Own all platform support enquiries that come through via Zendesk and keep within agreed SLAs in response times and escalate to engineering as required
  • Support enquiries including platform questions, troubleshooting issues from media owners, DSPs and campaigns, and ad hoc enquiries
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and documentation
  • Communicate client feedback, product usage, and software issues to relevant teams such as Product and Engineering
