As a Technical Account Manager, the individual will serve as a technical contact and augment customer support teams, participate in onboarding processes, conduct quarterly health checks and business reviews, and participate in TAM on-call rotation to answer customer inquiries and case escalation requests. They will escalate customer issues to management when appropriate, leverage internal technical expertise, participate in technical communications, manage renewal risk, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful renewals and upsells. Additionally, they will drive support cases to ensure timely issue resolution and identify renewal risk.
