The Technical Account Manager will take ownership of their customers' technical success with the UiPath platform, serving as a core member of the account team and accountable for technical workstreams. They will proactively engage with customers, providing embedded technical advisory and guiding the technical maturity of their automation programs to achieve their objectives. This includes educating stakeholders on UiPath platform best practices, conducting design and code reviews, performing technical health checks, identifying risks, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer success.
