Requirements

Candidates are required to possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in programming with .NET or Java applications, and at least 2 years of cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP. They must have a proven track record in customer-facing technical account management or consulting roles, along with expertise in software engineering, deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive and innovative approach to customer success, are also essential.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Account Manager, the individual will take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform, proactively engaging with customers to guide their automation programs and enable UiPath Platform infrastructure planning, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting processes. They will also provide embedded technical advisory, conduct design and code reviews, perform technical health checks, and collaborate with UiPath Product Support to resolve escalated support incidents efficiently, ultimately driving business adoption and enhancing work processes.
