As a Technical Account Manager, the individual will take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform, proactively engaging with customers to guide their automation programs and enable UiPath Platform infrastructure planning, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting processes. They will also provide embedded technical advisory, conduct design and code reviews, perform technical health checks, and collaborate with UiPath Product Support to resolve escalated support incidents efficiently, ultimately driving business adoption and enhancing work processes.
