Position Overview

  • Brief Description: The Technical Account Manager (TAM) role within the Public Sector Customer Success team at UiPath is responsible for ensuring the technical success of UiPath’s largest and most strategic customers, primarily within the US Federal Government. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the business and at all levels to drive UiPath platform adoption and deliver exceptional business value.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Solid background in programming, preferably .NET (C#, C++, VB, Java, Python or Pow).

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your customers' technical success with the UiPath platform.
  • Be a core member of the UiPath account team, accountable for technical workstreams.
  • Proactively engage and influence customers, providing embedded technical advisory.
  • Guide the technical maturity of customers' automation programs to achieve objectives.
  • Provide UiPath platform infrastructure, installation, and upgrade planning.
  • Offer guided assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Educate and enable customers' technical stakeholders on UiPath platform best practices.
  • Conduct design and code reviews for select automations.
  • Perform technical health checks of customers' automation programs and environments.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with UiPath Product Support and subject matter experts.
  • Identify and address potential risks early, creating risk mitigation plans.
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally to help customers succeed.
