Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, and knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with professional fluency in English and proven problem-solving abilities. A collaborative attitude and commitment to customer success are also required. Experience in Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management within a SaaS organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical contact, augmenting customer support teams and participating in the onboarding process. Conduct quarterly health checks and business reviews, and participate in the TAM on-call rotation to handle customer inquiries and escalations. Escalate customer issues to management when necessary, and leverage internal technical expertise and knowledge content to provide effective solutions. Participate in technical communications within the team to share best practices and learn about new technologies. Manage renewal risk by collaborating with sales teams to ensure successful renewals and upsells. Drive support cases to ensure timely issue resolution.
