Responsibilities

  • Support sales and B2B customers for pre- and post-sales activities, including demoing the system
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance around implementation and onboarding for MMS and API (may expand to additional products)
  • Drive adoption, usage, and retention of products
  • Act as customer advocate to identify product improvements and work with PM/PO teams on solutions and timing
  • Assist sales team to close deals
  • Renew or assist sales teams on renewals
  • Deploy product solutions
  • Onboard and train customers
  • Solve customer issues
  • Improve customer workflows by reviewing and simplifying existing processes
  • Serve as advisor and key contact for customer integrations across GI products and services (MMS, API, delivery systems, workflow tools, new products)
  • Improve use of GI products in customer workflows to drive business goals
  • Become a recognized expert on Getty Images Enterprise Solution Platform, maintaining technical, integration, and operational expertise
  • Stay up-to-date on product evolution and support Enterprise Solution Sales teams on Key Accounts and Mid-Market customers
  • Drive adoption and retention through training, outreach, and integration support
  • Partner with product teams to provide insights, track adoption barriers, and identify improvements
  • Promote standardization for long-term scale of enterprise products and operations
  • Identify and proactively manage risk areas, scope, and customer expectations
  • Report and track system issues and feature requests; liaise with development and product managers
  • Monitor product utilization, provide reporting and trend feedback, embed product in client business, and expand usage organically
  • Assist clients with production services (uploading assets, captioning, organizing material) when necessary
  • Some travel may be required
