Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of technical account management experience or 2.5 years in a cybersecurity technical customer-facing role, along with Windows systems administration experience and a customer-focused, data-driven, and process-oriented approach. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with knowledge of German being a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Account Manager, you will oversee thriving customer relationships by serving as the customer’s trusted security advisor, imparting technical and security guidance, and functioning as an extension of their team, proactively reviewing security posture, monitoring security alerts and incidents, addressing emerging threats, and documenting learnings to share with teammates and partners. You will also be responsible for handling customer communication issues and acting as an escalation point, while actively shaping the development of WatchGuard’s technology and service through customer advocacy.
