Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with advanced degrees being a plus. A minimum of 8 years of experience is required in solution consulting, business analysis, or a related client-facing role, including experience in creating or leading consulting practices. Proficiency in software development, integration technologies, system architecture, SaaS, cloud, and web application design is essential, along with analytical skills for gathering and summarizing requirements from diverse stakeholders. Experience with SDLC and Agile project management methodologies, as well as in credit services, banking/financial services, insurance, decision analytics, or consumer services, is also necessary. Travel up to 10% is expected.
The Technical Account Manager will design and oversee the architecture of top-tier solutions that meet client goals and industry standards, ensuring scalability and functionality. This role involves providing expert advice on system integrations for smooth interoperability and conducting comprehensive client interviews and workshops to document and prioritize business and technical requirements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, engineering) and external client/professional services teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. The Technical Account Manager will also act as a primary liaison with clients throughout the project lifecycle and stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to share insights and help clients maintain a competitive edge.
