Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent degree and experience. Applicants should have at least five years of experience in Enterprise Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, or Professional Services, with a customer-facing strategic role. Experience with Altium’s products is highly desirable, and a strong understanding of PCB design or functional areas such as ECAD design process, testing, and PLM is required. Strong hands-on experience with ECAD software, PLM integrations, and workflow management is essential.
The Professional Services Solutions Architect will implement Altium Enterprise solutions by analyzing customer environments and identifying challenges and bottlenecks in their electronics hardware development process. They will build long-term customer relationships through empathy and active listening, providing deep product expertise and technical guidance to identify and quantify key business drivers. The SA will develop Statements of Work (SOWs) outlining tasks and deliverables, collaborate with software engineers to create customized solutions, and work with R&D to resolve technical gaps. They will also play a crucial role in bridging gaps between Sales, Professional Consulting, Software Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, and R&D organizations, ultimately contributing to customer success and Altium’s business growth.
