Experience in guiding integrations from conception to launch, managing timelines, and mitigating risks is expected. Familiarity with brokerage APIs for equities, crypto, and options is beneficial, as is knowledge of onboarding requirements like KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosures.
The Project Manager will own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using brokerage APIs, collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute integration timelines. They will facilitate partner check-ins, track project status, report on risks and dependencies, and help partners navigate onboarding requirements. The role involves documenting processes, improving onboarding frameworks, communicating partner needs to technical teams, and acting as the voice of the customer internally.
