Requirements

  • Establish partnerships with Wingspan customers and act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams
  • Partner with Pre-Sales teams to identify, prioritize, and build financial solutions for existing customers
  • Act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for customers, designing solutions using Wingspan and partner integrations
  • Partner with Post-Sales teams to drive Product, Design, and Engineering roadmaps
  • Define customer’s financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion
  • Represent Product, Design, and Engineering externally with deep conviction and understanding of Wingspan's technical capabilities
  • Possess technical skills to understand and educate on robust payments and accounting features, and integrate them across customer touch points
  • Be based in New York City with a hybrid work model (onsite and remote)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams, communicating Wingspan's workflow automation features and benefits via tailored product demonstrations
  • Problem-solve technical hurdles with customers and propose effective product implementations, understanding full integration and configuration options
  • Conduct customer discovery to assess requirements for expansion, determine Wingspan fit through use-cases, cost-benefit/ROI analysis, and technical competencies
  • Work directly with onboarding specialists to support complex technical & accounting implementations of Wingspan
  • Be a subject matter expert across integration partners (CRM, ATS, Ticket)
