Technical Account Manager

Candidates should possess a degree-level qualification in Engineering, IT, Math, or sciences, along with fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other European language. They should demonstrate strong people skills, a customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to meet deadlines while maintaining a flexible and positive attitude.
The Technical Account Manager will manage technical sales relationships with select partners, act as an escalation point for technical issues, provide ongoing product support and training to partners, champion development requirements by gathering feedback, represent Alarm.com at trade shows, demonstrate product knowledge, support the sales team during pre-sales, create training materials, and conduct local and remote tests for new features in collaboration with product managers and quality engineers.
