Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Sciences, which is preferred but not mandatory, and have at least two years of work experience in technical support or account management. Responsibilities

The Technical Account Manager will build and maintain strong technical relationships with key accounts in the APAC region, assist with pre-sales engineering needs and entry into new markets, serve as a technical escalation point for potential issues, conduct product training and introduction sessions for business partners, gather feedback from partners and customers to enhance product offerings for local markets, represent Alarm.com at industry events, stay updated on new product releases, identify product improvements based on partner feedback, and travel across the APAC region to engage with strategic dealer partners.
