Requirements

Expected Graduation: Between December 2025 and June 2026
Age Restriction: Must be under 24 years old (as per Brazilian Apprenticeship Law 10.097/00)
Motivation: Desire to learn through practical experience and collaborative projects specific to the learning area.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and frequently with other apprentices and employees.
Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and technical customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist the Customer Security Operations (CS) team in creating and analyzing reports.
Collect feedback from internal stakeholders regarding the effectiveness of processes.
Develop communications and digital content to engage clients.
Work on pilot programs for important initiatives.
Create health checks and reports geared towards the customer.

Experience with data analytics platforms or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake)
