Requirements

Candidates must be between December 2025 and June 2026, be under 24 years old, and possess a willingness to learn through practical experience and collaborative projects within their area of learning. Strong customer service skills and excellent technical problem-solving abilities are also required. Experience with data analysis platforms like Tableau or Snowflake, Python scripting, RestAPI, cybersecurity, project management, Windows Server, and enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Account Management Apprentice, you will assist the Customer Security Operations (CS) team in creating and analyzing reports, collecting feedback from internal stakeholders regarding process effectiveness, developing communications and digital content to engage clients, working on pilot programs for important initiatives, and creating customer-focused health checks and reports. You will also contribute to the overall mission of CrowdStrike by collaborating with other apprentices and employees.
