Responsibilities

Provide quality, professional responses to meet customer needs and satisfaction
Apply solid problem-solving processes
Communicate with customers on a daily basis
Assure that all parts necessary for successful service repair are available
Control spare parts inventory levels in trunk inventory
Test repaired instruments in all operating modes and assure they operate at Alcon's specifications
Install retrofits and instruct customers on resultant benefits and changes
Diagnose operating problems with malfunctioning equipment
Consult management on chronic or unusual problems
Submit neatly completed paperwork in a timely manner
Comply with all legal, regulatory, and ethical business requirements
Ensure reporting of all spontaneous adverse events (AE) and technical complaints for all Alcon products according to respective SOPs
