Requirements

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of leading the design and delivery of complex, scalable systems
  • Deep experience in one or more: Python, Node.js, Go; strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and architecture decisions to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and performant
  • Own delivery of major product initiatives from concept to production
  • Write clean, maintainable code and set engineering best practices for the team
  • Mentor and guide engineers, conducting design reviews and fostering technical growth
  • Identify and implement process improvements for speed and quality as we scale
  • Help with recruiting and onboarding as we grow the engineering team
