Requirements

Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in techniek, bijvoorbeeld WTB, AOT, mechatronica of elektrotechniek

Responsibilities

Dagelijks leiding geven aan een team van maintenance engineers, project engineers en een technisch inkoper
Overzicht bewaken en technische uitdagingen omzetten in duurzame oplossingen als schakel tussen Maintenance en Projects
Samenwerken met team aan een toekomstbestendig onderhoudsbeleid voor het machinepark
Opstellen en bewaken van een meerjarenonderhoudsplan, uitgevoerd door Maintenance
Beheer van het onderhoudsmanagementsysteem (SAP PM) voor efficiënt en gestructureerd planmatig onderhoud
Leiden van CAPEX-projecten en grotere onderhoudsprojecten, met aandacht voor budgetten, deadlines en veiligheid
Voorbeeldrol vervullen op gebied van Arbo, veiligheid en milieu
Coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van teamleden, en bouwen aan een cultuur van samenwerken, resultaatgerichtheid en continu verbeteren
