Requirements

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in a technology field, with at least 7 years in program management driving complex, large cross-functional multi-year technical programs. A minimum of 3 years of experience leading, coaching, and mentoring Technical Program Managers (TPMs) is required, along with expertise in Enterprise SaaS and 2+ years in software development, QA/QE, application/infrastructure support, or IT.

Responsibilities

The Team Manager II, Program Manager will lead, mentor, and coach a team of 6-8 Technical Program Managers, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives with consistent, high-quality results. They will drive critical, cross-functional initiatives, manage programs from inception to customer delivery, and partner with leadership to identify and solve for continuous process improvement. Responsibilities include building holistic plans, managing all aspects of program execution including risk mitigation and communication, and influencing collaboration across various organizations to ensure alignment and program progress.
