Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and motivate the Inside Sales team while fostering individual development and team growth
  • Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base
  • Validate EOL (End of Life) and item class change (NCNR), negotiate pricing and Quote mark up (owns strategy and application) and notify customers of all/any price increases
  • Plan and deliver training sessions, performance reviews, and development initiatives in collaboration with the Sales Manager
  • Set clear sales targets and actively support the team in achieving them
  • Coordinate sales projects and ensure deadlines are met
  • Conduct sales analysis and prepare regular performance reports
  • Drive regional growth and maintain strong relationships with key customers
