The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working with savers, advisors, sponsors, recordkeepers, and/or TPAs providing operational servicing, and a demonstrated ability to manage the day-to-day needs of an operation center.
As a Team Lead, you will support the day-to-day operations of Service Associates, successfully lead a best-in-class operation center processing transactional and maintenance requests, and generate correspondence for not in good order requests, specifically focusing on Auto IRA, ABLE, and 529 state programs. You will also be responsible for hiring qualified associates, establishing process and procedures for daily management, forecasting headcount, identifying service needs, managing service level expectations, and leading client conference calls to provide status updates and ensure collaboration with internal parties while communicating to clients.
