Candidates should possess at least 6 years of defined contribution client service experience, demonstrating strong leadership abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities are also required. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
The Lead Recordkeeper will monitor automated processes for pweb transfers, dividend imports, and ROR postings, providing notifications to plan management and assisting with issue resolution. They will ensure transactions are processed according to company and client standards, process transactions to complete plan valuations, format and load data, create new class year sources, add new participants and establish web accounts, format and produce client reports, assist with auditing of online enrollment results, process investment options changes, and perform other duties as assigned.
