Position Overview

• Salary: $33,770 - $56,270 USD

This role performs functions related to the establishment and ongoing maintenance of fee and commission based advisory or brokerage accounts serviced on the Pershing platform.

The annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Actual compensation offered may vary based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for establishing and servicing the following in a broker/dealer environment:

• New Accounts
• Deposits and retirement account contributions
• Online Services requests
• Transfers and movement of assets
• General Account Maintenance

You will also:

• Provide customer service and resolve inquiries for advisors, clients, and internal business partners.
• Provide operational support for projects and product development/maintenance.
• Cross-train on other areas such as new accounts, money desk, transfers, maintenance, etc., to assist areas during times of need.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a face-paced financial services environment.
• High attention to detail with high accuracy in processing required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Two years plus related experience.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft suite of products.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

• NetX360, Pershing and/or general broker/dealer knowledge is beneficial.
• Series 6 or Series 7 License preferred.
• Desire to obtain Series 7 license within six months of hire.
