Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of related experience, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft suite of products, along with a strong attention to detail and high accuracy in processing required tasks. A Series 6 or Series 7 license is preferred, and a desire to obtain this license within six months of hire is also desired. Knowledge of NetX360 and Pershing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and servicing new accounts, deposits, retirement account contributions, online services requests, transfers, and general account maintenance within a broker/dealer environment. They will provide customer service, resolve inquiries for advisors, clients, and internal business partners, and offer operational support for projects and product development/maintenance. Additionally, the role involves cross-training on various areas to assist during times of need and maintaining a fast-paced financial services environment.
