Candidates should possess working knowledge of the financial markets, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and ETFs. Trading experience with stocks, bonds, and mutual funds is preferred. A Financial Services or Accounting background is required, along with FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 licenses. Working knowledge of NetX360 and Orion is also required, and familiarity with Folio Dynamix is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment are essential, as is the capacity to troubleshoot daily processing obstacles within and across teams.
The Trader - Broker Dealer Operations will function as a trader for stocks, bonds, ETF’s, mutual funds, and other investment products, providing trading service to registered representatives and/or clients. Responsibilities include monitoring and trading of advisory accounts, reviewing and processing trading requests, performing daily reconciliation & accounting, participating in root cause problem solving and team huddles, providing oversight over rep directed models and trading activity, researching and resolving trade errors, and operating within a strong team environment.
