Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Plan Management or Retirement Services, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience. They should have expertise in the financial service industry and familiarity with related legal and compliance issues, as well as proficiency in Omni 5.5 and 7.4 systems. Preferred qualifications include FINRA Series 6 and 26 licenses.

Responsibilities

The Plan Management Manager will direct the Tax-Exempt Markets Plan Management function, ensuring consistent service and adherence to regulations. They will establish and implement strategic objectives, manage staff, oversee operational activities, and participate in process improvement efforts. Additionally, they will collaborate with various teams, review budgets, advise staff on plan alignment, resolve escalated issues, and contribute to product development, while also performing other duties as assigned.
