They should demonstrate a proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture, and have extensive knowledge of UI performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading and asynchronous code execution. Advanced knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript is required, alongside experience with responsive design and cross-browser development. Furthermore, candidates must have a strong focus on UI testing using tools like Selenium and Storybook, coupled with product-mindedness and excellent communication skills, and experience with AWS or other cloud providers. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is also required.
