They must have experience building complex modern web applications and possess an eye for thoughtful design, recognizing the importance of end-user experience. Specific technology or programming language background is not required as Assured values great engineers regardless of their technology stack.
The Staff Frontend Engineer will own large components of the Assured frontend and design new user interface elements and workflows, iterating from early drafts to pixel-perfect production code. They will write extensive code to conceptualize, build, test, and ship new products and features for customers, while maintaining a high standard for frontend experience across the platform. Additionally, they will take new features from idea to mockup to fully fledged product, understand customer feedback to advocate for product direction, and lead, mentor, and learn from other engineers on the team.
