Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Team Lead, Technical Services, you will lead, coach, and support a team of Triage Intake Analysts, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of vulnerability reports, monitoring team performance, and managing shift coverage to provide continuous intake coverage. You will also oversee operational processes, maintain report quality and validation accuracy, collaborate with various teams, and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall triage experience for customers and the hacker community.
