Requirements

Proven experience as a people-focused Team Lead, particularly in triage, intake, or similar operational roles in security/vulnerability management
Hands-on experience with vulnerability report intake, validation, and triage processes
Strong team leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, feedback, career development, and performance management
Ability to work cross-functionally with security experts, technical leaders, Customer Success, and Program Operations teams
Experience managing teams across varying shifts and multiple time zones for continuous coverage
Familiarity with SLAs, operational processes, quality assurance, and process improvements
Willingness to work onsite in Pune office 4-5 days per week (full-time role)

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a team of Triage Intake Analysts through regular feedback, career development, and performance management
Ensure daily intake and validation processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with SLAs and program requirements
Monitor report quality, validation accuracy, procedural compliance, trends, and areas for improvement
Manage and coordinate team scheduling and shift coverage across multiple time zones for continuous intake
Collaborate with Triage, Customer Success, and Program Operations teams for seamless vulnerability report coordination and escalate blockers
Identify and implement improvements to intake workflows, documentation, and tooling to drive efficiency
