The Team Lead, Payroll Operations will lead a team of payroll specialists to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for French employees. Responsibilities include collaborating with HR and Finance, developing and implementing payroll policies, monitoring payroll data for improvements, providing training, acting as a subject matter expert, managing vendor relationships, and supporting the development of the payroll team.
