Minimum 5 years of successful experience in team management
Availability to work shifts, nights, or weekends
Results-oriented with good knowledge of IN-OUT logistics flows and WMS usage
Demonstrates leadership, is a driver of change, and adaptable in a constantly evolving environment
Excellent communicator with empathy
Stress-resistant and flexible (shifts, overtime, etc.)

Good proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge of English
Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Manager, organize and plan the execution of daily objectives while considering operational procedures, organizational rules, and safety regulations
Ensure an efficient process to achieve productivity targets, taking into account upstream and downstream flows
Perform daily and regular reporting
Manage and resolve operational problems in agreement with the Manager
Coach, develop, motivate, and continuously evaluate teams
Propose necessary changes in teams and handle team-related administration
Responsible for deadlines, quality of work performed, and maintaining a positive work climate within the team
Intervene on the floor in case of conflicts, train new arrivals, and provide feedback to Managers and workers
Analyze peak season to formulate proposals and contribute to continuous improvement of operations
