Support Team Lead

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in a relevant position, with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing and leading a team. They should have experience working with both offshore and onshore teams simultaneously, and a strong understanding of Siebel technologies, including configuration, EAI, EIM, scripting, workflows, UNIX shell scripting, and Oracle RDBMS. Knowledge of SOAP and REST API’s, along with experience in developing and troubleshooting them, is also required.
The Team Lead will be responsible for leading the production enhancement and troubleshooting of various complex applications, prioritizing, scheduling, assigning, and managing the workload of the Siebel related support and development activities. They will collaborate with offshore team members and various stakeholders on design and development aspects, resolve production application issues, and deliver system enhancement development efforts. The role also involves incident handling, analysis, and accountable SLA Management, as well as coordinating with product support vendors and application managed service vendors for issue resolution and deployments. Furthermore, the Team Lead will provide status reporting of team activities and remove roadblocks for the offshore team members, ensuring timely task completion.
