Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience as a Team Coordinator, Operations Manager, Human Resources Manager, or in a similar role, along with proficiency in Asana, Notion, Slack, Discord, Google Suite, or comparable productivity tools. They should also have strong expertise in time management, performance tracking, and reporting, extensive experience in communication and coordination, effectively managing multiple stakeholders, financial & budgeting skills including cost optimization and expense tracking, and a comfortable ability to work remotely in asynchronous environments. Furthermore, candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and working knowledge of legal and compliance matters, including contracts and benefits regulations.
As a Team Coordinator at Colonist, you will manage end-to-end operations for company events, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. You will take ownership of administrative tasks, such as contracts, tool setup, payroll, and benefits management.
